Refund Policy
Order Cancellation or Modification
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours. Please contact our customer support to request any changes to your order.
Returns
You are eligible to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived to you. In the case of a return, contact our customer support.
Sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or credit voucher unless it is faulty. If you have received a faulty item, contact our customer support and you will be taken care of.
The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and have inspected it, if your item is approved then we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You are responsible for inputting a correct shipping address. If your order does not arrive because of an incorrect shipping address input, you are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Exchanges
We can only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to request an exchange contact our customer support and an exchange will be organized.
Customs Tariffs
Customs policies vary from country to country. Please be aware of any customs policies that apply to your country.
We do not take responsibility for any additional charges for customs duties or taxes. If a packaged cannot be delivered due to refusal of payment of these duties, the item is not eligible for a refund or return.
